Frozen Chai Latte: A How To Guide

I’ve always loved chai tea, and iced chai tea lattes, but I recently saw FROZEN chai tea lattes at Whole Foods, and experienced the heaven in a cup that it was. However, Whole Foods is a tad expensive for my tastes, so I thought I might be able to make my own easily enough, and I was right. It was fast and easy and delicious. Perfect for a lazy sunday reading drink.  I thought I would share my recipe with anyone else who loves a chai tea lattes!

What you’ll need:
1. Trader Joe’s Spicy Chai Tea Latte Mix
2. Milk
3. Whipped Cream (optional)
4. Blender


Got it? Good! Here we go:
1. Add 2 scoops of the chai mix into your blender
2. Throw in some ice (I put about 8-10 ice cubes)
3. Pour in 1.5 cups of milk
4. Blend blend blend
5. Pour into your favorite cup or mug, top with whipped cream, and enjoy!


 (half chai, half whipped cream, as I like it)

So that’s it! Pretty easy, I thought! You can add more or less chai mix and milk if you’re making it for more than one person, but otherwise it’s pretty easy to make, and better to drink!
